الذکاء الوجداني وعلاقته بجودة اتخاذ القرار لدى عينة من طالبات جامعة الملک عبد العزيز بمحافظة جدة

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف العلاقة بين الذکاء الوجداني وجودة اتخاذ القرار لدى عينة من طالبات جامعة الملک عبد العزيز، والکشف عن الفروق في جودة اتخاذ القرار تبعا لاختلاف مستويات الذکاء الوجداني لدى عينة الدراسة بالإضافة إلى إمکانية التنبؤ بجودة اتخاذ القرار لدى عينة  الدراسة من خلال درجاتهن على الذکاء الوجداني، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي ، وأدوات الدراسة هي : مقياس الذکاء الوجداني إعداد موسى (2005) ، ومقياس جودة اتخاذ القرار إعداد الباحثة، طبقت على عينة عشوائية بلغت (195) طالبة من طالبات کلية الإدارة والاقتصاد بجامعة الملک عبد العزيز، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطيه دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى ( 0.01 ) بين الذکاء الوجداني وجودة اتخاذ القرار لدى عينة من طالبات جامعة الملک عبد العزيز، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات مرتفعي ومنخفضي الذکاء الوجداني في مقياس جودة اتخاذ القرار لدى عينة الدراسة، وأکدت إمکانية التنبؤ بجودة اتخاذ القرار لدى طالبات جامعة الملک عبد العزيز من خلال درجاتهن في مقياس الذکاء الوجداني، وأوصت الدراسة بإعداد البرامج التعليمية وضع الخطط والاستراتجيات المناسبة من أجل تنمية قدرة الطالبات على اتخاذ القرارات الايجابية الجيدة استنادا على مفهوم الذکاء الوجداني وأبعاده المختلفة، وتضمين الخطة الدراسية للمرحلة الجامعية مقررات تهتم بموضوع الذکاء الوجداني وتنميته.
The aims of this study are to: identify the nature of the relationship between emotional intelligence and the quality of making decision of King Abdul-Aziz University students, detect differences in making good decisions depending on the different levels of emotional intelligence of the study sample, The possibility of predicting the quality of decision-making in the sample of the study through their degrees on emotional intelligence , In order to achieve the objectives of the study, descriptive method is used. The study tools are: emotional intelligence scale prepared by Moses(2005) , quality of making decision scale prepared by the researcher. The tools are applied on a random sample, (195) female  students of management and Economics collage at King Abdul-Aziz University ,The study finds number of results as following:1- The results show a statistical correlation functions at 0.01 between emotional intelligence and the quality of making decision of King Abdul-Aziz University students,2- There are statistically significant differences in quality decision between high emotional intelligent & low emotional intelligent groups among the sample of King Abdulaziz university students , 3-The prediction of making decisions quality of King Abdul-Aziz University students is possible through their marks in emotional intelligence, Recommendations: 1-Experts are responsible for preparation of educational programs & to develop appropriate plans and strategies in order to develop the ability of female students to make good positive decisions based on the concept of emotional intelligence and its various dimensions, 2- University courses should include materials that concerned with the subjects of emotional intelligence, to be within the study plans of the students , 3-The officials in the media should raise awareness of the importance of emotional intelligence in the quality of decision making by taking advantage of the results of studies that have taken care of these variables in order to prepare educational programs.
