برنامج تدريبي إلکتروني قائم على مدخل النظم وفاعليته في تنمية مهارات تصميم المقررات الإلکترونية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن

استهدفت البحث تصميم برنامج تدريبي إلکتروني قائم على مدخل النظم وقياس فاعليته في تنمية مهارات تصميم المقررات الإلکترونية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبدالرحمن، ولتصميم البرنامج التدريبي الإلکتروني وفق مدخل النظم تم اختيار نموذج ADDIE  لمناسبته لمجال الدراسة.
طبق في هذا البحث المنهج التجريبي ذو التصميم شبه التجريبي للتحقق من فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي الإلکتروني في تنمية مهارات تصميم المقررات الإلکترونية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الأميرة نورة، وقامت بتحديد مهارات تصميم المقررات الإلکترونية اللازمة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، کما قامت بدراسة واقع البرامج التدريبية الخاصة بتصميم المقررات الإلکترونية بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم عدد من الأدوات البحثية بعد قياس صدقها وثباتها، وهي: (بطاقة لرصد الواقع، اختبار لقياس الجانب المعرفي، بطاقة ملاحظة لقياس الجانب الأدائي) وتم تطبيق البرنامج على عينة قصدية مکونة من (10) عضوات تدريس يعملن في جامعة الأميرة نورة.
ومن النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: تحديد مهارات تصميم المقررات الإلکترونية اللازمة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن، وأن برامج التدريب الإلکترونية على تصميم المقررات الإلکترونية بجامعة الأميرة نورة قليلة ومحدودة، وکشفت الدراسة عن وجود فاعلية کبيرة للبرنامج التدريبي المصمم في تنمية الجانب المعرفي والأدائي لمهارات تصميم المقررات الإلکترونية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Abstract
 
Title Of Thesis: An Electronic Training Program Based on Systems Approach and it Effectiveness in the Development of Online Course Design Skills among the Faculty Members of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University
 
This study aimed to design an electronic training program based on systems approach and measuring its effectiveness in the development of online course design skills among the faculty members of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.
To design this electronic program based on systems approach, ADDIE model was chosen as it is suitable for the study field. The researcher followed the experimental methodology with quasi-experimental design to validate the effectiveness of the electronic training program in the development of online course design skills among the faculty members of Princess Nourah  bint Abdulrahman University.
The researcher identified online course design skills necessary for the faculty members and studied the reality of the training programs necessary for online course design at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.
To achieve the objectives of the study a number of instruments were used after measuring its validity and reliability, which are: (a card to monitor the reality, a test to measure the cognitive side and a note card to measure the performance side).
The program was applies to a purposeful sample consisting of (10) female faculty members working at Princess Nourah  bint Abdulrahman University.
The study identified the skills necessary for online courses design and concluded that the training programs for online course design at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University are few .
The study revealed that the training program was very effective designed for the development of cognitive and performance sides of online course design skills among the faculty members of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.
