دور الأسرة في ترسيخ قيم المواطنة لدى الأبناء في ظل التحديات المعاصرة التي تواجهها

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الأسرة في ترسيخ قيم المواطنة لدى الأبناء في ظل التحديات المعاصرة التي تواجهها، والتعرف على الفروق في الدور تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة. کذلک التعرف على أهم التحديات المعاصرة المؤثرة عليها. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعدت الباحثة استبانة اشتملت على (30) عبارة تقيس قيم المواطنة لدى الأبناء، في محاور الولاء والانتماء، الحفاظ على البيئة، المشارکة السياسية، المسؤولية الاجتماعية، والحرية. کذلک (13) عبارة تقيس التحديات المعاصرة التي تواجهها قيم المواطنة. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (200) من الأبناء ذکور واناث. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في ترسيخ قيم المواطنة تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة. کذلک وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في التحديات المعاصرة التي تواجه قيم المواطنة تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة. وأظهرت النتائج أيضا أن أهم تحدي معاصر يواجه قيم المواطنة هو طغيان النموذج الثقافي الأمريکي في کافة المجتمعات، کما أن ظهور مفاهيم وقناعات ورموز ثقافية عالمية تؤثر على خصوصية الثقافية الوطنية، ونزع الرموز الوطنية من المخيلة الثقافية المحلية وإحلال الرموز العالمية محلها من أهم المتغيرات المعاصرة التي يجب التصدي لها، بينما وجدت تأثير أقل لارتفاع نسبة الفقر في المجتمع، والتوتر بين المواطن وأجهزة الأمن. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها أن يکون الوالدان المثل الأعلى في المشارکة في العمل السياسي والتطوع في مشاريع خدمة المجتمع، تربية الأبناء على مختلف قيم المواطنة من ولاء ومساواة وعدالة بغرض تنميتها وفقا للأساليب المناسبة لذلک، ضرورة إشراک الأطفال في مختلف الأنشطة أو الفعاليات التي تقوم بها الأسرة لغرض تنشئته على تحمل المسؤولية والمشارکة في فعاليات المؤسسات المجتمع الأخرى في المستقبل.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
ABSTRACT
                This study aims to recognize the role played by the family in terms of firm establishment of citizenship values among children particularly in light of the present challenges confronted. It further aims to recognize the differences in such a role according to the variables of the study; and realize the most important present challenges affecting such. To this aim, the researcher has designed a questionnaire composed of 30 statements that measure the values of citizenship among children in terms of the topics of allegiance and loyalty, environment preserve, political participation, social responsibility and freedom. The questionnaire has also included 13 statements that measure the present challenges confronted by values of citizenship. The researcher has employed the descriptive analytical approach. Sample group of the study was composed of 200 children of both genders. Findings of the study revealed statistically indicated differences between the average marks obtained by members of the sample group in terms of firm establishment of values of citizenship according to variables of the study. Findings also pointed out at statistically indicated differences between the average marks obtained by members of the sample group in terms of present challenges that confront the values of citizenship according to variables of the study. The study further pointed out that the most important challenges that confront the values of citizenship is the overwhelming hegemony of the American Cultural Model over all societies. Moreover, the emerged international cultural concepts, beliefs and symbols have adverse impact on the privacy of patriotism. It further roots the national symbols out of the national cultural image – replacing them with international symbols and icons, which are considered the most significant present variables that should be confronted. Meanwhile, high rates of poverty in the society and tension between the citizen and security apparatus have far less impact. In light of findings of the study, the researcher has made a number of recommendations. Following are among the most significant recommendations. Parents should be the role model in terms of political activity and volunteering in social service projects. The researcher has also recommended that children are advised to be raised up on the various values of citizenship such as allegiance, equality and justice in order to be developed and improved according to the appropriate methodologies. Therefore, it is advisable to allow children to take part in different activities and events likely to be organized by the family aiming to upraise the child to assume responsibility and participate in the events organized by other society establishments in the future.
