الفروق بکفايات معلمات رياض الأطفال في محافظه بيشه

هدفت الدراسة الى االکشف عن الفروق بالکفايات التدريسية (التخطيط, التنفيذ, التقويم) عند معلمات رياض الأطفال الحکومية في محافظة بيشه ، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وتکونت عينة الدراسة من 224 معلمة وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى امتلاک معلمات رياض الأطفال الحکومية في محافظة بيشة للکفايات التدريسية (التخطيط ، التنفيذ، التقويم) بشکل عام جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة ، حيث جاء المتوسط العام مرتفع .
وتوصلت الدراسة الي :
1-  وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في کفاية التخطيط تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة .
2-  وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في کفاية التنفيذ تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة .
3-  وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في کفاية التقويم تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة .
 
Summary
Differences in the competencies of kindergarten teachers in the province of Bisha
   The study aimed to reveal the differences in teaching competencies (planning, implementation, evaluation) at the kindergarten teachers in the government of Bisha,
The study followed the descriptive method and the study sample consisted of 224 teachers
   The results showed that the level of possession of government kindergarten teachers in Bisha governorate for teaching competencies (planning, implementation, evaluation) in general was high, where the overall average was high.
The study concluded:
1- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample in the adequacy of planning according to the study variables.
2 - There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample in the adequacy of implementation according to the study variables.
3 - There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample in the adequacy of the evaluation according to the variables of the study.
