فعالية تصميم بيئة تدريبية قائمة على وحدات التعلم الرقمية في تنمية مهارات استخدام نظم إدارة التعلم لدى معلمي الثانوية الأزهرية .

استهدفت الدراسة تنمية بعض مهارات نظم إدارة التعلم Canvas لدى معلمي الثانوية بالمعاهد الأزهرية من خلال تصميم بيئة تدريبية قائمة على وحدات التعلم الرقمية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي عند إعداد قائمة مهارات نظم إدارة التعلم Canvas والمناسبة لمعلمي الثانوية الأزهرية، وعند اتباع الخطوات العلمية لإعداد محتوى البيئة التدريبية القائمة على وحدات التعلم الرقمية، كما تم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي في إجراء الدراسة، وقد اشتملت عينة الدراسة على(30) مُعلم ومعلمة من مُعلمي الثانوية الأزهرية بإدارة ميت غمر التعليمية الأزهرية، وقد تم استخدام الأدوات الخاصة بالدراسة المتمثلة في اختبار التحصيل للجانب المعرفي وبطاقة ملاحظة الجانب الأدائي للمهارات التكنولوجية محل الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائياً عند مستوى (01,0) بين متوسطي درجات مًعلمي المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق البعدي للإختبار التحصيلي، وأيضا بطاقة ملاحظة الجانب الأدائي للمهارات، وهذا يؤكد فعالية البيئة التدريبية القائمة على وحدات التعلم الرقمية في تنمية مستوى التحصيل للجانب المعرفي ومستوى الأداء لمهارات نظم إدارة التعلم Canvas  لدى أفراد العينة التجريبية من معلمي الثانوية الأزهرية, وأوصت الدراسة بتقديم بيئات تدريبية قائمة على وحدات التعلم الرقمية والاستفادة من المنصات التعليمة الافتراضية ومزايا التعليم عن بُعد.
The study aimed to develop some Canvas LMS skills among secondary teachers in Al-Azhar institutes by designing a training environment based on digital learning modules, and the descriptive method was used when preparing the list of Canvas LMS skills suitable for Al-Azhar secondary teachers, and when following the scientific steps to prepare the content of the training environment based on digital learning modules, and the semi-experimental method was used in conducting the study, and the study sample included (30) male and female teachers from Al-Azhar secondary teachers in the Mit Ghamr Educational Department of Al-Azhar, and the study sample included (30) teachers of Al-Azhar secondary teachers of the Mit Ghamr Al-Azhar Educational Department. The study used the tools of the study, namely the achievement test for the cognitive aspect and the observation card for the performance aspect of the technological skills under study, and the study found that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of (01, 0) between the average scores of the teachers of the experimental group in the post-application of the achievement test, as well as the observation card of the performance aspect of the skills, and this confirms the effectiveness of the training environment based on digital learning modules in developing the level of achievement of the cognitive aspect and the level of performance of Canvas learning management systems skills among the members of the experimental sample of Al-Azhar secondary teachers, and the study recommended the importance of providing training environments based on digital learning units and taking advantage of virtual educational platforms and the advantages of distance education.
