درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية دلتا العلوم والتكنولوجيا للكفايات التدريسية

       هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة درحة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس للكفايات التدريسية من وجهة نظر الطلاب ومن ثم معرفة الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية بين آراء عينة الدراسة في ذلك، حسب متغيرات الدراسة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات وطبقت على عينة عشوائية بلغت (253) من طلاب وطالبات الكلية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس يمارسون الكفايات الشخصية بدرجة عالية جداً بينما ممارستهم لكفايات التخصص والكفايات المهنية بدرجة عالية، أما ممارستهم للكفايات الثقافية فكانت بدرجة متوسطة. وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين آراء عينة الدراسة حول درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس للكفايات الشخصية وكفايات التخصص والكفايات الثقافية، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية حول درجة ممارستهم للكفايات المهنية. وقد أوصت الدراسة بأن على إدارة الكلية ضرورة حث أعضاء هيئة التدريس على التأليف والنشر في مجال التخصص. 
           The study aimed to find out  the degree to which college Members practice the teaching competencies from the students point of view, and then to know significant differences between points of view of the study sample according the study variables. The study used the analytical descriptive method, and questioner was used for data collection. The study was applied to a random sample of (253) male and female college students. The study concluded that college members practice personal competencies to a very high degree, while their practice of specialization competencies and professional competencies to high degree. As for their practice of cultural competencies, they were moderately. There are no significant differences between study sample point of view about the degree to which college members practice personal competencies, specialization competencies, cultural competencies, while there are significant differences between regarding the practices of professional competencies. Study recommended that the college administration should urge college members to write and publish in the field of specialization.
