التحديات التي واجهت أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات السعودية خلال أزمة كورونا

هدفت هذه الدراسة بشكل عام إلى التعرف على التحديات التي واجهت أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات السعودية خلال أزمة كورونا، ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدامالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي. كما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة من (382) عضو من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات السعودية.
وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها: أنهناك موافقة بدرجة متوسطة بين أفراد الدراسة على التحديات التي واجهت أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات السعودية خلال أزمة كورونا المتعلقة بالتقنية وأبرزها (ظهور الأعطال التقنية المفاجئة من النظام الالكتروني بالجامعة، ضعف خدمات الإنترنت من حيث الحزم الكافية والسرعة)، كما أوضحت النتائج أن أن هناك موافقة بدرجة متوسطة بين أفراد الدراسة على التحديات التي واجهت أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات السعودية خلال أزمة كورونا المتعلقة بالتدريس وأبرزها (ضعف المشاركة والتفاعل من قبل الطلاب أثناء المحاضرة عن بعد، بعض المواضيع لا يتناسب معها التدريس عن بعد مثل المقررات الميدانية والتجارب المعملية)، في حين أوضحت النتائج أن هناك موافقة بدرجة عالية بين أفراد الدراسة على التحديات التي واجهت أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات السعودية خلال أزمة كورونا المتعلقة بالتقويم أبرزها (تطبيق الاختبارات عن بعد تجعل من الصعب السيطرة على حالات الغش، الواجبات أو التكاليف تتناول الجانب النظري فقط دون الجانب العملي).
