واقع تطبيق ذكاء الأعمال بجامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز.

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق ذكاء الأعمال لدى القيادات بجامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز، والوصول إلى أهم المقترحات لتطوير تطبيقات ذكاء الأعمال بجامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، واستخدم الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. وكان مجتمع الدراسة مكون من (240) فردًا، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن واقع تطبيق ذكاء الأعمال بجامعة الأمير سطام بن عبدالعزيز" من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة جاء بدرجة عالية، بمتوسط حسابي (1.52)، وإنحراف معياري (1.04)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مقترحات تطوير الأداء لدى قيادات جامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز وفق نظم ذكاء الأعمال جاء بدرجة عالية، بمتوسط حسابي (1.73)، وإنحراف معياري (1.06)، وأوصت الدراسة بالآتي:
 ضرورة زيادة اهتمام المنظمة المبحوثة بتطوير الأداء لدى قيادات جامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز وفق نظم ذكاء الأعمال من خلال الاطلاع على بعض التجارب في الدول المتقدمة في هذا المجال.
نشر ثقافة ذكاء الأعمال في جميع أقسام الجامعة.
دعم البنية التحتية التنظيمية للجامعة، إصدار التشريعات واللوائح المنظمة للعمل بما يتفق مع مقتضيات التعامل الإلكتروني.
إعداد برامج لتوعية العاملين بأهمية استخدام أنظمة ذكاء الأعمال.
بناء ثقافة تنظيمية داعمة لتطبيق أنظمة ذكاء الأعمال بالجامعة.
This study aimed to identify the reality of the application of business intelligence among leaders at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection.The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The reality of the application of business intelligence at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University from the point of view of the study sample came to a high degree, with an arithmetic mean (1.52), and a standard deviation (1.04). The leaders of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University according to business intelligence systems came to a high degree, with an arithmetic mean (1.73), and a standard deviation (1.06). The study recommended the following : The necessity of increasing the interest of the research organization in developing the performance of the leaders of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University according to business intelligence systems by reviewing the experiences of international organizations in developed countries in this field, spreading a culture of business intelligence in all university departments, and supporting the university’s organizational infrastructure Issuing legislation and regulations regulating work in line with the requirements of electronic dealing, preparing programs to educate workers about the importance of using business intelligence systems, and building an organizational culture that supports the application of business intelligence systems at the university.
