تقويم البرنامج التربوي لإعداد معلمات الصفوف الأولية بجامعة حائل في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد قائمة بأهم معايير الجودة الشاملة، والتعرف على مدى تضمين معايير الجودة الشاملة في البرنامج التربوي لإعداد معلمات الصفوف الأولية بجامعة حائل، من خلال ذلک تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقامت الباحثتين بإعداد استبانة اشتملت على جزئيين الجزء الأول: يتعلق بالبيانات الشخصية الخاصة بأفراد عينة البحث، الجزء الثاني: يتکون من (30) عبارة مقسمة على ثلاثة محاور، وتکون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة حائل کلية التربية للبنات. والبالغ عددهم (50) عضو هيئة تدريس، وقد قامت الباحثتين بتوزيع أداة الدراسة على جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، استردت الباحثتين منهم (35) استبانة مکتملة وجاهزة لعملية التحليل، أي بنسبة (70.0%) من إجمالي الاستبانات التي تم توزيعها، في العام الدراسي 1441/ 1442ه.
وقد کشفت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توافر معايير الجودة الشاملة في البرنامج التربوي لإعداد معلمات الصفوف الأولية في جامعة حائل جاءت عالية، حيث تأتي مجالات عملية تقويم البرنامج التربوي، يليها أساليب وطرق عملية تقويم البرنامج التربوي، وفي الأخير تأتي أهداف عملية تقويم البرنامج التربوي لإعداد معلمات الصفوف الأولية بجامعة حائل، کذلک لا توجد هناک فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد الدراسة حول مدى توافر معايير الجودة الشاملة في البرنامج التربوي لإعداد معلمات الصفوف الأولية في جامعة حائل باختلاف متغيري (الدرجة العلمية، القسم الأکاديمي).
This study aimed to define a list of the most important comprehensive quality standards and knowing the extent to which comprehensive quality standards are included in the educational program for preparing initial rows teachers
at the University of Hail, through this descriptive survey method was used, ‏The two researchers prepared a questionnaire that included two parts.
‏The first part: relates to the personal data of the individuals in the research sample، The second part: It consists of (30) words divided into three axes، The study population consisted of all faculty members at the University of Hail, College of Education for Girls. They are (50) faculty members. The two researchers distributed the study tool to all members of the study community; The two researchers retrieved from them (35) a complete questionnaire, ready for the analysis process. That is, (70.0%) of the total distributed questionnaires, in the academic year 1441/ 1442 AH.
The results of the study revealed that the degree of availability of comprehensive quality standards in the educational program for preparing teachers of initial rows at the University of Hail was high, Where the areas of the educational program evaluation process come, Followed by the methods and methods of evaluating the educational program, Finally, the goals of the educational program evaluation process come to prepare initial rows teachers at the University of Hail, Also, there are no differences related to the statistical study between the averages of the responses of the study members about the availability of comprehensive quality standards in the educational program to prepare initial rows teachers in the University of Hail, according to two variables (academic degree, academic section.
