الاحتياجات التدريبية لُمدربي اللغة العربية والتربية الإسلامية بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب بدولة الکويت

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية لُمدربي اللغة العربية والتربية الإسلامية بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب في دولة الکويت، والتوصل لبعض الإجراءات المُقترحة لتلبية الاحتياجات التدريبية لمدربي اللغة العربية والتربية الإسلامية بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب في دولة الکويت، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في البحث البالغ عددهم (60) مُدرب للغة العربية والتربية الإسلامية بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب في دولة الکويت، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية :

عدم تناسب أوقات التدريب مع أوقات المتدربين.
عدم التعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية مُسبقاً يؤدي إلى ضياع الجهد والمال والوقت، وأن مدير المؤسسة لا يُشارک في تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية وتُعد بمثابة نقطة قصور.
لا تعتمد برامج التدريب على أحدث الأساليب والطرق والوسائل التدريبية.
عملية التدريب لا تستمر طوال فترات العام، وهذا يؤدي إلى ضعف التواصل بين المُدرب والمُتدرب في أثناء عمله.

The study aimed to identify the training needs of Arabic language and Islamic education trainers in the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the State of Kuwait, and to reach some suggested procedures to meet the training needs of Arabic language and Islamic education trainers at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the State of Kuwait. of Arabic Language and Islamic Education at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the State of Kuwait, and the study used the descriptive approach, and the study reached the following results :

The training times do not match the trainees' times.
Failure to identify the training needs in advance leads to a waste of effort, money and time, and that the director of the institution does not participate in determining the training needs and is considered a shortcoming.
Training programs do not rely on the latest training methods, methods and means.
The training process does not continue throughout the year, and this leads to poor communication between the trainer and the trainee during his work.
