واقع ومعوقات تطبيق مبادئ الحوکمة في الأندية الرياضية السعودية وکيفية التغلب عليها

هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على واقع ومعوقات تطبيق مبادئ الحوکمة في الأندية الرياضية السعودية وکيفية التغلب عليها، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (70) موظف من موظفي الأندية الإدارية السعودية، واستعان الباحث بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي کمنهج للبحث واعتمد على الاستبانة کأداة للبحث، وقد توصل البحث للعديد من النتائج أهمها: أن واقع تطبيق مبادئ الحوکمة في الأندية الرياضية السعودية جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة) من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، وأن معوقات تطبيق مبادئ الحوکمة في الأندية الرياضية السعودية جاءت بدرجة (عالية جدا) من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، وأن سبل التغلب على معوقات تطبيق مبادئ الحوکمة في الأندية الرياضية السعودية جاءت بدرجة (عالية) من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة وأوصى الباحث بالعديد من التوصيات في ضوء ما توصل إليه من نتائج أهمها: توفير المخصصات المالية اللازمة للإقامة ورش عمل لتوعية العاملين بأهمية تطبيق مبادئ الحوکمة في الأندية الرياضية، وتوفير دورات تدريبية خاصة بتقنيات الحوکمة وتوسيع المشارکة لتطبيقها بين أعضاء الأندية الرياضية.
The current study aimed to investigate the reality and obstacles of applying governance principles in Saudi sports clubs and how to overcome them. The study sample included (70) administrative employees of Saudi sports clubs. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and relied on the questionnaire as the study instrument. The study reached a number of results, the most important were: the reality of applying governance principles in Saudi sports clubs was (medium) from the point of view of the respondents; the obstacles of applying governance principles in Saudi sports clubs were (very high) from the point of view of the respondents; and the methods of overcoming the obstacles of applying governance principles in Saudi sports clubs were (high) from the point of view of the respondents. And in light of the results, the researcher recommended the following: providing the necessary funding to hold workshops to educate employees about the importance of applying governance principles in sports clubs, and providing training courses on governance techniques and expanding participation to apply them among members of sports clubs.
