مدى رغبة خريجي کلية التربية للالتحاق بمهنة التعليم بدولة الکويت

استهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مدى رغبة خريجي کلية التربية للالتحاق بمهنة التعليم بدولة الکويت، اختيرت عينة الدراسة بصورة عشوائية طبقية وقد بلغ عدد أفرادها 40 خريج، من خريجي کلية التربية بدولة الکويت للعام (2017-2018م)، استخدم الباحثان في الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي, وأعتمد الباحثان على استخدام المقابلة الشخصية للحصول على بيانات الدراسة، وبعد أجراء المقابلات مع عينة الدراسة کاملة قام الباحث بتحليل البيانات باستعمال الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة وذلک للتعرف مدى رغبة خريجي کلية التربية للالتحاق بمهنة التعليم بدولة الکويت؛ تم استخدام التحليل الاستقرائي لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على أداتها، وکانت النتائج على النحو الآتي: تبين وجود العديد من المشکلات التي تواجه خريجي کلية التربية بدولة الکويت والتي تؤثر على رغبة الخريج في الالتحاق بمهنة التعليم بدولة الکويت، والتي يمکن حصرها في مشکلات (اکاديمية، مهنية، اجتماعية، مالية ومادية). ومن الاستنتاجات؛ وجد أن نسبت 61% من خريجي کلية التربية بدولة الکويت يرو أن مهنة التدريس مهنة شاقة؛ ووجد ما نسبته 83% من خريجي کلية التربية بدولة الکويت يرو أن الجهد المبذول بالعملية التعليمية لا يوازيه راتب کافي؛ ووجد ما نسبته 94% من خريجي کلية التربية بدولة الکويت يرو أن تکليف المعلم بمهام إدارية وتدريسية فوق طاقتهم؛ الأمر الذي قد يدفعهم إلى عدم الرغبة في الالتحاق بمهنة التعليم بدولة الکويت؛ جاءت أعلى وجهات النظر التي يبني عليها الخريج عن رضاه لالتحاق مهنة التدريس بدولة الکويت هي، ان الجهد المبذول بالعملية التعليمية لا يوازيه راتب کافي؛ وکانت أقل وجهات النظر التي يبني عليها الخريج عن رضاه الالتحاق مهنة التدريس بدولة الکويت هي، (صعوبة في المناهج الدراسية)؛ کما أنه جاءت أعلى وجهات النظر التي تبني عليها الخريجات عن رضاها للالتحاق بمهنة التدريس بدولة الکويت هي، أن مهنة معلم بالکويت ليست مهنة جاذبة للعمالة (سوق العمل)؛ بينما کانت أقل وجهات النظر التي تبني عليها الخريجات عن رضاها للالتحاق بمهنة التدريس بدولة الکويت هي، صعوبة في المناهج الدراسية (الاعداد المهني والاکاديمي)؛ وأوصى الباحثان بزيادة المکافآت والمستحقات المالية للسادة المعلمين الذين يقومون بتدريس التخصصات النادرة؛ تقليص عدد الرؤساء للمعلمين واستحداث مناصب جديدة؛ توعية إدارات المدارس أنه من الضروري أن يکون مدراء المدارس على يقين کامل بمدى أهميت دور المعلم وعدم فرض أعمال أضافيه ادارية غير عملية التدريس فقط؛ استبدال التحضير الورقي، بالتحضير الالکتروني؛ أما فيما يخص المقترحات، اجراء استطلاع رأي للخريجين للتعرف إلى افضل الحلول للمشکلات، تبني وزارة التربية خطة ترفيهيه للمعلمين يتم تنفيذها على مراحل خلال العام لکسر الحالة السلبية وضغوطات عملية التدريس.

The present study aimed to identify the desire of graduates of the College of Education to join the profession of education in the State of Kuwait, the sample of the study was chosen randomly stratified has reached a number of 40 graduates, graduates of the Faculty of Education in the State of Kuwait for the year (2017-2018), the researchers used the descriptive method The researcher analyzed the data using the appropriate statistical methods to determine the degree of desire of the graduates of the Faculty of Education to join the teaching profession in the State of Kuwait; Inductive analysis of the responses of the study sample was used on its tool. The results were as follows: It was found that there are many problems facing the graduates of the College of Education in Kuwait that affect the graduate's desire to join the teaching profession in Kuwait, which can be limited to problems (academic, vocational) , Social, financial and material). Among the conclusions, 61% of the graduates of the Faculty of Education in Kuwait found that the teaching profession was a difficult one; 83% of the graduates of the Faculty of Education in Kuwait found that the effort exerted in the educational process was not matched by a sufficient salary; 94% of the graduates found The College of Education in Kuwait believes that the assignment of teachers to administrative and teaching tasks beyond their capacity; which may lead them to not want to join the profession of education in the State of Kuwait; came the highest view on which the graduate builds on his satisfaction to join the teaching profession in the State of Kuwait is, the effort exerted in the educational process Not equal enough salary; The views that the graduate builds on his satisfaction to join the teaching profession in the State of Kuwait are (difficult in the curriculum); and also the highest views that the graduates build on their satisfaction to join the teaching profession in the State of Kuwait is, that the profession of a teacher in Kuwait is not an attractive job for employment ( While the least of the graduates' views on their satisfaction with joining the teaching profession in Kuwait were less difficult in the curriculum (vocational and academic preparation); Heads of teachers and the creation of new positions; sensitize school administrations that it is essential that school principals be fully aware of the importance of the role of the teacher and not impose additional administrative work other than the teaching process; replace paper-based preparation, electronic preparation; To better solve the problems, the Ministry of Education adopts a recreational plan for teachers that is implemented in stages during the year to break the negative situation and the stresses of the teaching process.
