الذکاء الاصطناعى بين الواقع والحقيقة والخيال في العملية التعليمية

   هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية بالبحث عن دور الذکاء الاصطناعي في العملية التعليمية، وأهميته في العملية التعليمية، ولقد شهد النظام التعليمي مؤخراً العديد من التغيرات المتسارعة في مجال التطور العلمي والتکنولوجي، والتي أجبرتها على تغيير برامجها وأساليبها والاستراتيجيات التدريسية الخاصة بها، وذلک ليس لمواکبة التطور التکنولوجي فقط ، وإنما سعيا منها لتبي معايير الجودة التي تسمح لها بوضع نظام تعليمي يوازن الواقع على جميع الأصعدة السياسية والثقافية، والتکنولوجية، والاجتماعية وبين الأهداف المسطرة والمرجوة، ولأن العملية التعليمية دائمة البحث عن طرق والأساليب والاستراتيجيات الحديثة، ولقد أخذ النظام التعليمي کغيره من المجالات الأخرى يبحث عن نسخته الإلکترونية والتکنولوجية المتطورة، وذلک باستخدامه لتقنية الذکاء الاصطناعي الذي يعتبر تقنية العصر على اعتبار أنه مس کل المجالات الحياتية بدءاً بأجهزة الحواسيب البسيطة مرورا بالأجهزة الذکية والتطبيقات الإلکترونية ووصولا إلى الأجهزة الأکثر تعقيداً،  کما توصلت إلى انه يمکن من خلال توظيف بعض تطبيقات الذکاء الاصطناعي في العملية التعليمية کأنظمة التعليم الذکي، والمحتوى الذکي، وتقنية الواقع الافتراضي (VR) والواقع المعزز (AR)، وتطبيقات "Layer"، وأورازما Aurasma، وتطبيقات 4 Augmented، وغيرها، في مواجهة بعض تلک التحديات والمشکلات. وقدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات وفق ما توصلت إليه من نتائج، من اهمها ضرورة اعتماد بعض تطبيقات الذکاء الاصطناعي في المؤسسات التعليمية، ونشر الثقافة التکنولوجية وتوعية المؤسسات التعليمية والمجتمع بالآثار الإيجابية للذکاء الاصطناعي، وغيرها من التوصيات.
This research paper aimed to research the role of artificial intelligence in the educational process, and its importance in the educational process,and higher education centers have recently witnessed many rapid changes in the field of scientific and technological development, forcing them to change their programs, methods and teaching strategies in order not only to keep up with technological development but also to adopt quality standards that allow them to develop An educational system that balances reality at all political, cultural, technological and social levels with the objectives of the ruler, and because the educational process is constantly searching for modern methods, and strategies, Higher education, like other fields, began to search for its electronic and advanced technology, by using the technology of artificial intelligence, which is the technology of the era as it touched all areas of life starting with computers, through smart devices and electronic applications to the most complex devices, It also concluded that through the use of some applications of artificial intelligence in the educational process, such as smart education systems, Virtual reality technology (VR) and augmented reality (AR), Layer applications, Aurasma, and Augmented 4 applications, among others in the face of some of those challenges and problems. The study presented some recommendations according to its findings, among the most important: The need to adopt some applications of artificial intelligence in educational institutions, Spreading technological culture and educating educational institutions and society about the positive effects of artificial intelligence, in addition to some other recommendations.
