أوضاع المرأة في العمل غير الرسمي وأسبابه وآثاره

تهدف دراسة "المرأة والعمل غير الرسمي في مصر" في التعرف على أوضاع حياة العاملات في القطاع غير الرسمي، والکشف عن أوضاع عمل المرأة في القطاع غير الرسمي، کما تهدف أيضاً إلى رصد أهم المشکلات التي تواجه المرأة العاملة في القطاع غير الرسمي، والتعرف على التطلعات المستقبلية للنساء العاملات في القطاع غير الرسمي وتحسين أوضاعهن.
حيث نجد أن المرأة في القطاع غير الرسمي تحاول تحسين دخل الأسرة والمساهمة بالإنفاق وفي الإعالة إلى جانب الزوج وکذلک المساهمة في صنع القرار الأسري، کما نجد أن ما يحمله العمل من فائدة معنوية بزيادة وعي المرأة وتوسيع دائرة اطلاعها، وتنمية وعيها بأهميتها من خلال استقلالها الاقتصادي، وأهمية دورها کفرد فاعل ومنتج في المجتمع.
 The study "Women and Informal Work in Egypt" aims to identify the worker’s life conditions in the informal sector, it also aims to monitor the most important problems facing women working in the informal sector, and to identify the future women aspirations working in the informal sector and improve their conditions.
We find that women in the informal sector are trying to improve family income and contribute to maintenance spending alongside the husband as well as contribute to family decision-making,
Also we find that work has a moral benefit by increasing the women awareness, expanding their awareness circle, and developing their awareness of their importance through their economic independence, and their role importance as an active and productive individual in society.
