العلاقة بين قدرات المعلمة ذات "الذکاء الناجح" والمواهب التحليلية للطفل في مرحلة الطفولة المبکرة The relationship between the abilities of teacher's successful intelligence and the analytical giftedness for the children in early childhood

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الکشف عن العلاقة بين قدرات المعلمة ذات الذکاء الناجح على الموهبة التحليلية للأطفال في مرحلة الطفولة المبکرة، تکونت عينة الدراسة من 10 معلمات من رياض الأطفال في مدينة جدة، قُسموا الى مجموعتين؛ مجموعة الأولى (المعلمات ذوات الدرجة الأعلى في المقياس)، والمجموعة الثانية (المعلمات ذوات الدرجة الأدنى في المقياس). اما عينة الأطفال فهي مکونة من 30 طفل من أطفال المعلمات في المجموعتين. تم اختيار العينتين بالطريقة القصدية.  اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. تم اختبار المعلمات بمقياس التقدير الذاتي للذکاء الناجح، اما الأطفال فقد تم اختبارهم على مرحلتين قبلية وبعدية بالاستعانة بمقياس وکسلر لأطفال ما قبل المدرسة والمرحلة الابتدائية، تمت الاستعانة ببرنامج SPSS لاستخراج المتوسطات الحسابية ودرجات الفروق ومعاملات الارتباط بين قدرات المجموعات. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية قوية بين متوسطات الذکاء الناجح الکلي والقدرات التحليلية والابداعية والعملية للمجموعة الأولى (المعلمات ذوات الدرجة الأعلى في المقياس)، وبين متوسطات المواهب التحليلية لأطفالهن. في المقابل، أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ضعيفة بين متوسطات الذکاء الناجح الکلي والقدرات التحليلية والابداعية والعملية للمجموعة الثانية (المعلمات ذوات الدرجة الأدنى في المقياس)، وبين متوسطات المواهب التحليلية لأطفالهن.  ونتائج الدراسة توضح أثر قدرات معلمة مرحلة الطفولة المبکرة ذات الذکاء الناجح التحليلية والإبداعية والعملية على تطور المواهب التحليلية لأطفالها.
This study aimed at reveal the relationship between the abilities of a teacher with successful intelligence on the analytical giftedness of children in early childhood stage. The study sample consisted of 10 teachers from kindergarten in Jeddah, and they were divided into two groups: The first group is the teachers with the highest score on the scale, and the second group is the teachers with the lowest score on the scale., while the sample of children is composed of 30 children of teachers in the two groups. The two samples were selected by the intentional approach. The study relied on the correlational descriptive approach. The teachers were tested with the Self-Estimate Scale of Successful Intelligence, while the children were tested in two stages, before and after using the Wechsler scale for pre-school and primary school children. The results showed a strong positive correlation between the averages of the total of successful intelligence and the analytical, creative and practical abilities of the first group (teachers with the highest score on the scale), and the averages of the analytical giftedness of their children. On the other hand, the results showed a weak positive correlation between the means of the total of successful intelligence and the analytical, creative and practical abilities of the second group (teachers with the lowest score on the scale), and the averages of the analytical talents of their children. The study recommended to applying special training courses for early childhood teachers. The study recommended to develop their successful intelligence and apply it in the development of children's gifts In particular Analytical giftedness.
