برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتطوير الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي التربية الفنية بالمرحلة المتوسطة في ضوء رؤية المملکة العربية السعودية 2030 Proposed training program to develop the teaching performance of art education teachers in the intermediate stage in light of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030

يهدف البحث إلى اعداد برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتطوير الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي التربية الفنية بالمرحلة المتوسطة في ضوء رؤية المملکة العربية السعودية  2030، اتبعت الباحثتان المنهج التجريبي وفق التصميم شبه التجريبي، وتم اعداد مقياس  على عينة مکونة من (24) معلمة من معلمات التربية الفنية بالمرحلة المتوسطة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمات المرحلة المتوسطة مما اظهرته النتائج من خلال المقياس القبلي في تدني واضح في الاداء التدريسي وفقا للمعايير المهنية لجودة التدريس وفقا لرؤية المملکة العربية السعودية، قامت الباحثتان بتصميم البرنامج المقترح وتطبيقه على العينة. ولقد تمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، وقد تم استخدام اختبار (ت) ثنائي الطرف T.Test وذلک للکشف عن الفروق بين المجموعات الثنائية  وظهرت الفروق بين المتوسط الحسابية والمحکية دالة إحصائيا، حيث جاءت کل قيم (T) المحسوبة دالة احصائياً عند مستوى دلالة 01.، وبلغت القيمة الاحتمالية لها جميعا ( (001 إذن الفروق دالة، ولما کانت الفروق لصالح المتوسط المحکي، والنتيجة تتسم معلمات التربية الفنية في کل محاور الاداء ودرجته الکلية قبل تطبيق البرنامج بانخفاض دال إحصائيا. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث اوصت الباحثتان بالعمل على تنمية مهارات المعلمات بالمرحلة المتوسطة في وزارة التعليم وفق معايير مهنية دقيقة وتکثيف البرامج التدريبية التي تتفق مع التوجهات الحديثة لتدريس مادة التربية وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات التقويمية لواقع معلمي التربية الفنية بالتعليم؛ لتحقيق جودة أدائهم في ضوء رؤية المملکة 2030.
The research aims to prepare a proposed training program to develop the teaching performance of art education teachers in the Intermediate schools stage in light of the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030, the two researchers followed the experimental approach according to the quasi-experimental design, and a scale was prepared on a sample consisting of (24) art education teachers in the intermediate schools’ stage. Choosing them in a simple random way, and determining the training needs of Intermediate schools’ teachers, as the results showed through the tribal scale in a clear decline in teaching performance in accordance with the professional standards of teaching quality according to the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The statistical treatment was done using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program, and the two-tailed T test was used to detect the differences between the two groups, and the differences between the arithmetic and spoken mean appeared statistically significant, as all the calculated (T) values A statistically significant function at the level of significance 01., and the probability value of all of them (001, then the differences are significant, and since the differences are in favor of the spoken average, and the result is characterized by the technical education parameters in all performance axes and their overall score before the program implementation, with a statistically significant decrease. at  the end of the research The two researchers have requested to  work on developing the skills of female teachers at the intermediate stage at the Ministry of Education in accordance with accurate professional standards and to intensify training programs that are consistent with modern trends for teaching education, and conducting more evaluation studies of the real situation of art education teachers in education in order to achieve the quality of their performance in light of the Kingdom's 2030 vision .
