يعد التفکک الأسري من المشکلات الاجتماعية الخطيرة التي تعاني منها المجتمعات الحديثة والتي أفرزتها مجموعة من العوامل والأسباب المتداخلة فيما بينها ،ومن أبرزها عوامل التغير الاجتماعي السريع وما صاحبة من آثار سلبية أثرت على بناء وترکيبة الأسرة وأنماطها، ومن هنا هدف البحث في محاولة ربط الجریمة بالتفکک الأسري ؛بااعتبار أن الأسرة  المسؤول الأول عن نمو شخصیة أبنائها، فإما أن تجعلها سویة وإما منحرفة تنغمس في الجر یمة.
وقد تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات وعينة عشوائية من الأسر المتفکة، وکشفت النتائج أن التفکک الأسري مشکلة اجتماعية ناتجة عن تصدع العلاقات الاجتماعية کالشجار والنزاع والعنف والطلاق والفقر الذي يحدث داخل الأسرة ،مما تؤدي لضعف الدور في تنشئة الأبناء بالطريقة الصحيحة والخروج عن المعايير التي يحددها البناء الأسري ،والتي قد تدفع بأفراد الأسرة نحو ارتکاب سلوک إجرامي يضر بأفراده والمجتمع ککل .
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
The role of family disintegration in committing some crimes in Egyptian society"A sociological study"
Abstract:
Family disintegration is one of the serious social problems that modern societies suffer from, which is produced by a set of factors and causes intertwined with each other, most notably the factors of rapid social change and the associated negative effects that affected the structure and composition of the family and its patterns, hence the aim of the research in an attempt to link crime with family disintegration Considering that the family is primarily responsible for the growth of the personality of its children, it either makes it equal or perverted and indulges in the crime.
The questionnaire tool was relied upon to collect data and a random sample from broken families, and the results revealed that family disintegration is a social problem resulting from the rupture of social relations such as quarrels, conflict, violence, divorce and poverty that occur within the family, which leads to a weak role in raising children in the right way and deviating from the standards that it sets. Family construction, which may push family members towards committing criminal behavior that harms its members and society as a whole.
