أثر لغة الشات المستخدمة في برامج التواصل على اللغة العربية الفصحى تحدثاً وکتابة

يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة أثر لغة الشات المستخدمة في برامج التواصل الاجتماعي على اللغة العربية الفصحى ،وأجريت على عينة من طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بلغت 40 طالبة ،استُخدمت فيها استبانة لمعرفة مدى وجود هذا الأثر ،کما استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والمعالجات الإحصائية التالية: الوسط الحسابي ،والانحراف المعياري ،والوزن النسبي .
            وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر للغة الشات على اللغة العربية الفصحى ،من حيث زيادة الأخطاء الکتابية والنحوية والدلالية ،وزيادة اللحن في الکلام ،کما تجاوز أثرها إلى تأثيرها على العلاقات الاجتماعية للفرد ،حيث أظهرت الدراسة  صعوبة إيصال المعنى المراد باستخدام لغة الشات مما يُضعف التواصل ،کما أنها أثرت على القيم الدينية والاجتماعية للفرد نتيجة الفهم الخاطئ للأحاديث النبوية والآيات القرآنية .
وقدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات کضرورة توفير التقنيات السمعية والبصرية الحديثة في تعليم اللغة العربية وتوعية الطالبات بالآثار السلبية للشات خاصة التي تسيء إلى القيم والتي تشجع على تغيير لغتنا العربية.
 
The impact of using chat language used in communication programs on classical Arabic speaking and writing
 
Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of the language used in social communication programs on the Arabic standard language and was conducted on a sample of high school students of 40 students, in which a questionnaire was used to determine the extent of this effect. The study also used the descriptive method and the following statistical treatments: Standard deviation, relative weight.
The results of the study showed that there is an effect of the Arabic language on the classical Arabic language, in terms of increasing written, grammatical and semantic errors, and increasing the melody of speech, as well as its impact on the social relations of the individual. It influenced the religious and social values ​​of the individual as a result of misinterpretation of the Prophet's Hadiths and Qur'anic verses.
The study presented some recommendations such as the need to provide modern audiovisual techniques in the teaching of the Arabic language and to educate students about the negative effects of chats, especially those that are offensive to values ​​and which encourage change in our Arabic language.
