تحديد درجة ممارسة معلمات اللغة العربية لمهارات الأداء التدريسي اللازمة لتدريسها بالمرحلة الثانوية بدولة الکويت.
هدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد درجة ممارسة معلمات اللغة العربية لمهارات الأداء التدريسي اللازمة لتدريسها بالمرحلة الثانوية بدولة الکويت، کذلک تحديد درجة ممارسة معلمات اللغة العربية بالمرحلة الثانوية لمهارات( التخطيط- التنفيذ – التقويم )، وتمثلت عينة البحث في (عدد من معلمات اللغة العربية بالمرحلة الثانوية)، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، کما استخدم البحث بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات الأداء التدريسي لمعلمات اللغة العربية بالمرحلة الثانوية لتحديد درجة ممارسة المعلمات لمهارات الأداء التدريسى.
وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها:
-   تم تحديد درجة ممارسة معلمات اللغة العربية لمهارات الأداء التدريسي اللازمة لتدريسها بالمرحلة الثانوية بدولة الکويت فى جانب التخطيط حيث تراوحت بين ضعيف جداً إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لاستجابات أفراد العينة (1.33 )،  ومتوسط إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لاستجابات أفراد العينة عليها  (2.93 ).
-   تم تحديد درجة ممارسة معلمات اللغة العربية لمهارات الأداء التدريسي اللازمة لتدريسها بالمرحلة الثانوية بدولة الکويت فى جانب التنفيذ حيث تراوحت بين ضعيف جداً ، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لاستجابات أفراد العينة عليها  (1.67 ) ، ومتوسط إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لاستجابات أفراد العينة عليها  (2.75 ).
-   تم تحديد درجة ممارسة معلمات اللغة العربية لمهارات الأداء التدريسي اللازمة لتدريسها بالمرحلة الثانوية بدولة الکويت فى جانب التقويم حيث تراوحت بين ضعيف إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لاستجابات أفراد العينة عليها  (2.38) ، ومتوسط إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لاستجابات أفراد العينة عليها  (2.95)
 
 
The Research Abstract
 
The Research Title: Determination degree of Arabic teachers' performance of the teaching performance skills required for teaching in the secondary stage in the State of Kuwait.
This research aimed at determining the degree of Arabic teachers' performance of the teaching performance skills required for teaching in the secondary stage in the State of Kuwait. As well as determining the degree of Arabic language teachers' skills in the secondary stage of the skills of planning, administrative, assessments.
     The research sample:  It included" a number of Arabic teachers' in the secondary stage". The research was used in the descriptive approach scanning, and Observation card for teaching performance skills of Arabic secondary school teachers to determine the degree of female teachers' practice of teaching performance skills.
Results: The results of this research showed a number of results, the most important of which are:
-          Determining the degree of Arabic teachers' performance of the teaching performance skills required for teaching in the secondary stage in the State of Kuwait. Of the skills of planning, ranging from very weak, with the mean of the responses of the sample members (1.33), and the average since responses of the sample (2.93).
-          Determining the degree of Arabic teachers' performance of the teaching performance skills required for teaching in the secondary stage in the State of Kuwait. Of the skills of administrative, ranging from very weak, with the mean of the responses of the sample members (1.67), and the average since responses of the sample (2.75).
-          Determining the degree of Arabic teachers' performance of the teaching performance skills required for teaching in the secondary stage in the State of Kuwait. Of the skills of assessments, ranging from very weak, with the mean of the responses of the sample members (2.38), and the average since responses of the sample (2.95).
