فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على نظام أبلز "ABLLS" في تنمية مهارتي الطلب والتسمية لدى أطفال اضطراب التوحد

هدف البحث إلى الکشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على نظام أبلز (ABLLS) في تنمية مهاراتي الطلب والتسمية لدى أطفال اضطراب التوحد، وتکونت عينة البحث من 10 أطفال مصابين بالتوحد تم تقسيمهم إلى 5 أطفال کمجموعة تجريبية، ومثلهم کمجموعة ضابطة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تمت الاستعانة بمقياس تشخيص التوحد الطفولي بنسخته الثانية "CARS2" واستمارة تقييم مهارتي الطلب والتسمية من وجهة نظر الوالدين، والبرنامج التدريبي القائم على نظام أبلز (ABLLS) والهادف إلى تنمية مهاراتي الطلب والتسمية لدى أطفال التوحد، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًّا بين متوسطي رتب درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية  في مهارتي الطلب والتسمية قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي القائم على نظام أبلز لصالح التطبيق البعدي. کما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيًّا بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية في القياس البعدي لمهارتي الطلب والتسمية بعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي القائم على نظام أبلز لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، کما أسفرت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًّا بين متوسطي رتب درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية في مهارتي الطلب والتسمية بعد تطبيق البرنامج القائم على نظام أبلز وبعد مرور (35) يومًا من التطبيق.
Abstract
The aims of the research is to reveal the effectiveness of an Apples-based training program (ABLLS)  In developing the demand and naming skills of children with autism disorder, The sample consisted of 10 children with autism who were divided into 5 children as experimental group, and like them as a controller group, To achieve the aims of the research, The researchers used the second version of the Childhood Autism  Scale "CARS2" and the demand and naming skills Assessment Form From the parent's viewpoint, The ABLS-based training program aims to develop the demand and naming skills of autistic children, , And the results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the average grades of the children of the experimental group in the skills of application and naming before and after the application of the Apples-based training program for the post-application. There were also statistically significant differences between the average grades of the control and experimental groups in the post measurement of the demand and naming skills after the application of the Apples-based training program for the experimental group, And the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average grade of the children of the experimental group in the skills of application and naming after the application of the program based on Apples and after (35) days of application.
