التجارة البحرية الکويتية 1899-1961م

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على أحد أهم الأنشطة البحرية التى برع فيها أبناء الکويت وهي التجارة البحرية, والتى کانت تشکل جزءً رئيسيا من الاقتصاد الکويتي قبل اکتشاف البترول, ومن ثم ستتناول هذه الدراسة طرق التجارة البحرية, ودور حکام الکويت فى تعزيز وتشجيع هذه التجارة, والتعرف على أهم الصادرات والواردات وأهم الدول التى تاجرة معها الکويت.
 
Abstract
This study aims to identify one of the most important maritime activities in which the Kuwaiti people excelled in maritime trade, which was a major part of the Kuwaiti economy before the discovery of oil. This study will then discuss the ways of maritime trade and the role of Kuwait's rulers in promoting and encouraging this trade, And identify the most important exports and imports and the most important countries that trade with Kuwait.
