of vision 2030
Abstract
The study aimed to determine the positive pillars of the
administrative organizing which are represented in the foundations
and guiding directions that are used by the institution in organizing,
coordinating , distributing work , determining different
responsibilities and duties, and all the work procedures to achieve
the desired goals. This study also aimed to present the most
important positive entries of administrative organizing, identify the
dimensions of achieving the competitive advantage of Qassim
University in the light of vision 2030, and to determine the most
important obstacles of positive administrative organizing that limit
the achievement of the competitive advantage of Qassim University
in the light of vision 2030.The study adopted the descriptive
analytical approach .Finally, the study concluded to develop a
proposed mechanism for a positive administrative organizing to
achieve competitive advantage of Qassim University in the light of
vision 2030.This mechanism consists of three standpoints:
institutional requirements, requirements based on developing the
organizational structure and requirements based on improving the
efficiency of employees.
