The study findings showed<br />that the most favorite game for children is "Action Games.", and that the most<br />frequent period for children to play electronic games a day is "more than two<br />hours.". and there are statistically significant differences in the degree of mental<br />and social disorders of children attributed to the variable type of electronic<br />games in favor of the category (action games) compared with the other<br />categories (sports, science fiction, educational) games. To achieve the<br />study objectives the researcher used experimental approach with a quasiexperimental<br />design was employed which is based on two groups: the<br />experimental group, and the control group, with pre-test/post-test design. The<br />tools of this study were the achievement test in the cognitive aspect of Arabic<br />language teaching skills, and the observation card to observe the performance of<br />the students teachers in Arabic language teaching skills during teaching. The<br />researcher also developed a faculty member's guide, educational videos, and the<br />web page of the course to implement the proposed strategy. After verifying the<br />validity and reliability of the study tools and the materials, the study was applied to<br />a random sample consisted of (80) female students of Educational Preparation<br />Program specialized in Arabic language, They were divided into two equivalent<br />groups, control group and experimental group. The control group studied using<br />the conventional method whereas, the experimental group studied using the<br />proposed strategy, Data were analyzed by using a number of statistical methods;<br />including: (T-test for two independent groups, Paired Sample TTest,<br />Eta Squared, and Effect Size). The results were as follow: there were<br />statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental<br />group and the control group in the cognitive achievement test and the<br />observation card in favor of the experimental group, The results also revealed that<br />there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the<br />experimental group in the pre-test/post-test of the cognitive achievement test in<br />favor of the post test, Furthermore, the results of ETA (2) showed that the effect<br />of the post-test of the proposed strategy on Arabic language teaching skills<br />through the cognitive achievement test was high, Also, there was positive positive<br />correlation between the students' grades the cognitive achievement test on the<br />post- test, and their score on the observation card, the more they know about the<br />teaching skills, the higher the level of their practical performance of these skills<br />during teaching. The study has recommended to develop a teaching Arabic<br />language course (2) in light of the requirements of constructivist learning and<br />flipped learning, and improve the attitudes of the faculty members, and students,<br />towards using the modern techniques and strategies in teaching and learning<br />through extra-curricular activities, seminars, and Conferences, discussion, and<br />scientific publications. The study followed the surveying descriptive method. It was applied to the study sample which consisted of (158) members of the committee of excellence and quality distributed in (20) schools of Hail schools. The results showed that there are no differences in the average responses of sample members due to gender. The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the sample response averages due to the difference in the academic qualification and the years of experience. In other words, the scientific qualification and the years of experience did not affect the assessment of the sample to the degree Application of quality standards in schools applied to ISO in Hail .
