THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE CORRELATIONS FOR MARITAL<br />CONFLICT SCALE AND BEHAVIOURAL DISORDERS SCALE OF<br />CHILDREN IN THE LIGHT OF SOME VARIABLES<br /><br />Abstract_ The purpose of the present study was to identify the differences<br />between the correlations for marital conflict scale and behavioural disorders scale<br />of children in the light of some variables, The study sample consisted of (279)<br />teacher mothers. For study purposes, a scale measuring marital conflicts was<br />developed in addition to children behavioural disorders which were with<br />adequate validity and reliability, to answer study questions, V-statistic was<br />employed. Results showed that there were statistical significant differences<br />between correlations of marital conflict measure and children behavioural disorder<br />attributed to such variable as children number, age range of couples, and<br />residence.

"The fact of equal educational opportunities in primary education stage in light of the growing private<br />education in Riyadh from the parents' perspective view of point "
<br />Objectives of the study:<br />The study aims to:
<br /> identify the meaning of equal educational opportunities from the parents' perspective view of point<br />for the primary school( civil and governmental).<br /> Identify the most important social and economical impacts on the policies of the expansion of the<br />private education in the Kingdom that affect the realization of the principle of equal educational<br />opportunities from parents' perspective view of point for the primary school( civil and<br />governmental).<br /> identify the contribution of the civil primary education in achieving the principles of the equal<br />educational opportunities from parents' perspective view of point for the primary school( civil and<br />governmental).<br />The study's Importance :<br /> first , the study included two aspects: primarily the (Theoretical) one ,which deals with concepts<br />and determinants of the equal educational opportunities that approved in the kingdom to stand on<br />the reality of private education in the primary level on al Riyadh city<br /> The second aspect, is the (on field)one ,which used the "descriptive survey-resolution " tool for<br />collecting information and data; where it was applied to on a sample of students' parents in<br />primary school ,in Riyadh to find out the reality of the private education , which processes the data<br />using of : frequencies, percentages, averages, standard deviations , and the test (T), in addition to<br />the results.<br />Results:<br />The most important results are the following:<br /> The view of respondents Was that , private education adds significant economic burden on poor<br />and medium households ,also the equality of educational opportunities should not be affected by<br />the educational results , nor the level of economical and social class , as well as the increasing of<br />private schools increase the opportunity for those students whose unable to attend the<br />governmental schools.<br /> Thus , the concept of equal educational opportunities, and it's achievement methods are vary from<br />one community to another , by the differences in factors of social and economical and political<br />conditions' prevail.<br /> One of the reasons of our son's admission to the civil school is the teachers' qualifications and<br />efficiency, also a they use new educational methodology in teaching and dealing with students.<br />348<br />The most important recommendations of the study:<br /> The effective communication and networking between schools of civil and governmental education,<br />aiming to increase the community's social solidity and cultural upgrading of the students.<br /> No omission for the educational quality , vs. the well students' understanding because that’s,<br />conflicts with the needs of students on one hand and the requirements of community development<br />on the other.<br /> Provide specialized staff for training and continuing development of the education process, in civil<br />,government and private schools and the disclosure of shortage points vs. finding the appropriate<br />solutions.<br /> Increase the rates of the admission applicants to the post – graduation programs for teachers to get<br />the qualifications and competencies corresponding with the development and upgrading project in<br />the primary level of education ,as it is the first step to the establishment of the future generation.<br />The researcher believes that the appropriate mechanism for the equalization of educational<br />opportunities is through the following:<br /> The providing of free educational environments ,which are unlimited and flexible to ensure that ,<br />it's response to the different educational needs, and to be accessible on all the different<br />circumstances, with priority given to underprivileged groups.<br /> Using a variety of methods and means of multiple conditions ,which suitable for everyone in the<br />provision of educational opportunities in isolation from the space and time, age, and other<br />obstacles .<br /> Finding the patterns the needed procedures and regulations that would ensure the integration of<br />systems in the formal education ,with the informal education systems.<br />The most important recommendations of the study:<br /> The effective communication and networking between schools of civil and governmental education,<br />aiming to increase the community's social solidity and cultural upgrading of the students.<br /> No omission for the educational quality , vs. the well students' understanding because that’s,<br />conflicts with the needs of students on one hand and the requirements of community development<br />on the other.<br /> Provide specialized staff for training and continuing development of the education process, in civil<br />,government and private schools and the disclosure of shortage points vs. finding the appropriate<br />solutions.<br /> Increase the rates of the admission applicants to the post – graduation programs for teachers to get<br />the qualifications and competencies corresponding with the development and upgrading project in<br />the primary level of education ,as it is the first step to the establishment of the future generation
