Thus, this study adopts the analytical descriptive approach. The sample of this study consists of (137) Arabic female teachers who were chosen randomly. Data were collected through a questionnaire that includes (71) statements divided into seven themes. The results of the study display that the degree of practicing all teaching competencies, by Arabic female teachers, was high in accordance with the following competencies (competencies of objectives and planning- competencies of class management and lessons design- listening skills competencies- speaking skills competencies- reading skills competencies- writing skills competencies- objectives evaluation and planning competencies and evaluation competencies). The current study attempts to present a different method to investigate and analyze language uses in the Arab press based on the exploitation of computerized analysis of language corpora. In order to achieve this, the study uses the 'corpus of Arabic newspapers for the year of 2012' and the corpusprocessing tool 'Ghwwas'.  Based on data extracted from the corpus, the study presents different analyses of the most frequent words and N-grams in the press, keywords of the different domains and topics in the press, as well as particular analysis of some specific words, forms, and expressions emerging in modern Arabic. Based on the examples presented, the study concluded that computerized analysis of corpora could provide important results in the analysis of a number of phenomena related to modern Arabic in all aspects of lexical, syntactic, stylistic considerations and others. And disclosure for statistically significant variances among the average responses of educational supervisors about the availability of the dimensions of intellectual capital management in the education offices of Makkah, among the average responses of the educational supervisors about the requirements and constraints of intellectual capital management in the education offices of Makkah, different study variables are due. In order to achieve the objectives of the study the researcher used a survey descriptive approach, the researcher designed a resolution, its sincerity and firmness were ascertained, the sample study was chosen in a stratified random sample method, and the study sample included educational supervisors at the education offices in Makkah (149) as educational supervisors, with its ratio (65%) of the study community. The study found results that were most important: the degree of availability of the dimensions of intellectual capital Management in the education offices of Makkah is (high), the degree of availability of the dimensions of the intellectual capital Management requirements of the education offices in Makkah came at a (high) level, the degree of impediments to the management of intellectual capital at the education offices in Makkah is (Intermediate) from the viewpoint of the educational supervisors. The study showed no statistically significant differences at a significant level (0.05) among the averages of educational supervisors ' responses on the availability of the dimensions of intellectual capital Management, and the requirements of managing the intellectual capital of the education offices in Makkah are due to the different study variables the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average of the educational supervisors ' responses about the impediments of intellectual capital management in the education offices in Makkah due to scientific qualification, years of experience in educational supervision, access to the quarterly educational supervision course. While the study showed significant statistical differences at a significant level (0.05) among the averages of the educational supervisors ' responses to the impediments to the management of intellectual capital in the education offices of Mecca are due to specialization, and these differences were for the benefit of the educational supervisors who are specialized (Scientific). In the light of the results of the study, the researcher has reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which is to create a strategic vision that is stimulating creativity for education offices. The study was limited to three competencies in teaching the scientific concepts (planning, implementation, evaluation), in addition to identifying the differences in the responses of the study members in these competencies which are attributed to the study variables Degree - Specialization - Number of years of experience - Number of training courses obtained by the teacher).In order to answer the study questions, the researcher followed the descriptive approach using a research tool called "questionnaire" and applied it to a final sample of (71) kindergarten teachers. A random sample of the original community represented in Abha city schools was withdrawn in the academic year 1436-1437 E.342The results of the present study indicate the availability of planning, implementation and evaluation competencies for the teaching of scientific concepts to a large extent. However, they differed among the members of the study according to the variables of scientific qualification, specialization, number of years of experience and number of training courses.The study found that the competencies of teachers were better at the level of implementation of scientific concepts about those results revealed by the study at the level of planning and evaluation of scientific concepts.The present study recommended a number of recommendations and suggestions that could contribute to the development of the teaching and learning process in the kindergarten stage in general, and the development of teacher competencies to teach the scientific concepts of the child in particular.
