THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE CORRELATIONS FOR MARITALCONFLICT SCALE AND BEHAVIOURAL DISORDERS SCALE OFCHILDREN IN THE LIGHT OF SOME VARIABLESAbstract_ The purpose of the present study was to identify the differencesbetween the correlations for marital conflict scale and behavioural disorders scaleof children in the light of some variables, The study sample consisted of (279)teacher mothers. For study purposes, a scale measuring marital conflicts wasdeveloped in addition to children behavioural disorders which were withadequate validity and reliability, to answer study questions, V-statistic wasemployed. Results showed that there were statistical significant differencesbetween correlations of marital conflict measure and children behavioural disorderattributed to such variable as children number, age range of couples, andresidence.

"The fact of equal educational opportunities in primary education stage in light of the growing privateeducation in Riyadh from the parents' perspective view of point "
Objectives of the study:The study aims to:
identify the meaning of equal educational opportunities from the parents' perspective view of pointfor the primary school( civil and governmental). Identify the most important social and economical impacts on the policies of the expansion of theprivate education in the Kingdom that affect the realization of the principle of equal educationalopportunities from parents' perspective view of point for the primary school( civil andgovernmental). identify the contribution of the civil primary education in achieving the principles of the equaleducational opportunities from parents' perspective view of point for the primary school( civil andgovernmental).The study's Importance : first , the study included two aspects: primarily the (Theoretical) one ,which deals with conceptsand determinants of the equal educational opportunities that approved in the kingdom to stand onthe reality of private education in the primary level on al Riyadh city The second aspect, is the (on field)one ,which used the "descriptive survey-resolution " tool forcollecting information and data; where it was applied to on a sample of students' parents inprimary school ,in Riyadh to find out the reality of the private education , which processes the datausing of : frequencies, percentages, averages, standard deviations , and the test (T), in addition tothe results.Results:The most important results are the following: The view of respondents Was that , private education adds significant economic burden on poorand medium households ,also the equality of educational opportunities should not be affected bythe educational results , nor the level of economical and social class , as well as the increasing ofprivate schools increase the opportunity for those students whose unable to attend thegovernmental schools. Thus , the concept of equal educational opportunities, and it's achievement methods are vary fromone community to another , by the differences in factors of social and economical and politicalconditions' prevail. One of the reasons of our son's admission to the civil school is the teachers' qualifications andefficiency, also a they use new educational methodology in teaching and dealing with students.348The most important recommendations of the study: The effective communication and networking between schools of civil and governmental education,aiming to increase the community's social solidity and cultural upgrading of the students. No omission for the educational quality , vs. the well students' understanding because that’s,conflicts with the needs of students on one hand and the requirements of community developmenton the other. Provide specialized staff for training and continuing development of the education process, in civil,government and private schools and the disclosure of shortage points vs. finding the appropriatesolutions. Increase the rates of the admission applicants to the post – graduation programs for teachers to getthe qualifications and competencies corresponding with the development and upgrading project inthe primary level of education ,as it is the first step to the establishment of the future generation.The researcher believes that the appropriate mechanism for the equalization of educationalopportunities is through the following: The providing of free educational environments ,which are unlimited and flexible to ensure that ,it's response to the different educational needs, and to be accessible on all the differentcircumstances, with priority given to underprivileged groups. Using a variety of methods and means of multiple conditions ,which suitable for everyone in theprovision of educational opportunities in isolation from the space and time, age, and otherobstacles . Finding the patterns the needed procedures and regulations that would ensure the integration ofsystems in the formal education ,with the informal education systems.The most important recommendations of the study: The effective communication and networking between schools of civil and governmental education,aiming to increase the community's social solidity and cultural upgrading of the students.
